honest-to-goodness-organic-castor-oil-5l
Honest to Goodness Organic Castor Oil 5L

Honest to Goodness Organic Castor Oil 5L is a single-ingredient carrier oil for skin care, hair care and cosmetic formulations. Made from organic castor seeds, it is cold-pressed and hexane-free, with a pale yellow appearance and a mild, distinctive castor oil odour. The large 5-litre container suits regular users and makers who want a larger supply for massage blends, body products and other external beauty applications. This is an oil for external use only, not for cooking or drinking.

The ingredient list is straightforward: 100% organic cold-pressed castor oil. Honest to Goodness sources its castor seeds from organic farms in India. After harvesting, the seeds are dried so their outer hulls can split, then the seeds are removed and cleaned before pressing. The extracted oil is filtered before packing. This cold-pressed process does not use hexane, providing a clear choice for shoppers who look for an organic oil with a verified extraction method.

Castor oil has a rich texture and emollient properties that help leave skin feeling soft and smooth. It can be applied in a small amount as part of an external skin-care routine or blended with another carrier oil for massage. It also has a place in hair-care routines and homemade cosmetic recipes. The supplier identifies creams, lotions, body butters, soaps and massage products as suitable cosmetic applications. Choose the amount and blend for your intended recipe rather than treating the 5-litre size as a suggested application quantity.

This larger format is useful when you already use castor oil regularly or make cosmetic products in batches. Check that the 5-litre pack suits your needs and available storage space, and keep the container tightly closed between uses. Always patch-test a small area of skin before your first application. Use only as directed on the current label, keep the oil out of reach of children and do not ingest it. If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Read the directions, storage instructions and warnings below before use.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0599/5793/6193/files/honest-to-goodness-organic-castor-oil-5l-front_eddcaaa4-33eb-4535-bfe3-b968ade08b13.png?v=1791531293
