How to Use:

Single-serve: Stir 1 tablespoon (10 g) into your favourite hot or cold drinks (tea, coffee, juice).

To make set gelatin: Use in homemade gummies and desserts. 220 Bloom count for reliable setting.

How to ‘Bloom’: Mix ¼ cup gelatin (40 g) with ½ cup water, stir for even texture. Add to 250 mL hot liquid with flavouring, stir until dissolved, pour into moulds, and refrigerate until set.
Tip: Adjust the amount of gelatin for your preferred firmness. Makes approximately 5 L of set liquid.
