Eco Traders Australia is an online-only store shipping Australia-wide. Click & Collect is available via our sister store, BuyNatural (Woy Woy NSW), with pickup instructions provided after checkout.
How it works
- Shop online as normal and add items to cart.
- At checkout, select Click & Collect (when available for your order).
- Place your order and wait for your Ready for collection email/SMS.
- Bring your order confirmation when you collect.
Pickup timing
- We’ll notify you as soon as your order is packed and ready.
- If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with options (swap, refund, or store credit).
What to bring
- Your order confirmation (email/SMS).
- A photo ID if requested for verification (high-value orders).
Important notes
- Pickup instructions (including the exact location) are provided after checkout.
- Please wait for the “ready” notification before coming to collect.

Why don’t I see Click & Collect at checkout?
Click & Collect appears only when your order and cart contents are eligible. If it’s not showing, choose standard shipping and contact us if you need help.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. Forward them the order confirmation and ensure they can confirm the order name/number. For high-value orders, we may request ID verification.
How will I know when my order is ready?
We’ll send a “Ready for collection” email or SMS once your order is packed. Please wait for that message before coming to collect.
Do you provide the pickup address on this page?
Pickup instructions (including the exact location) are provided after checkout to keep order handling smooth and to avoid confusion between Eco Traders and our pickup partner location.
What if an item is out of stock?
We’ll contact you promptly with options: a suitable alternative, a refund for that item, or store credit—your choice.
