When will I be charged and receive my box?
The published subscription schedule is billing 7 days before dispatch, with boxes shipping within 2–5 business days after the cut-off. Check the selected plan and seasonal release details before confirming your order.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us about damaged or faulty items for a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are not available for this curated box. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
