Where can I find my order?
Your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking details once your order is dispatched. Check your junk folder if you can't find it, or sign in to view your orders. Still need help? Send us your order number.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect. What next?
Email info@ecotraders.com.au with your order number, a short explanation and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll help you with the next step.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you'd like to make. If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched, we may be able to help.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Eco Traders is an online-only store. Eligible orders can be collected through our sister business, BuyNatural, in Woy Woy, NSW. Check how click & collect works before you visit.
