Delivery Options

When placing an order, you can select your preferred delivery method: Shipped or In-Store Pickup (Woy Woy, NSW). We offer both Standard Shipping and Express (Australia Post Express) shipping options, depending on your location and order details. Shipping costs are estimated in your shopping cart at checkout, based on your address and cart contents.

How Shipping Is Calculated

  • Weight-Based Shipping: All shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order (rounded up to the next full kilogram, per carrier policy).
  • Rest of Australia (excluding WA, NT & remote areas):
    Orders over $129 and under 10kg are eligible for free standard shipping.
    Orders under $129 or over 10kg will see shipping costs starting from $10.50, with final rates calculated at checkout by weight and location.
  • Western Australia (WA) & Northern Territory (NT):
    All WA and NT orders are charged calculated shipping rates based on parcel weight and delivery postcode. Free shipping is not available to these regions.
  • Remote Area Surcharge:
    Shipping to certain remote postcodes will incur a $20 Remote Area Surcharge in addition to standard rates. View the full list of remote postcodes here.
  • PO Box & Parcel Locker Surcharge:
    Deliveries to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers incur an additional $2.50 surcharge.
  • Heavy or Bulky Orders:
    Orders exceeding 20kg may require a custom shipping quote or may not be eligible for standard delivery. If no rate is shown at checkout, contact us for a freight quote.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during busy periods may be sent the next business day.
If you have a specific deadline (e.g., for travel or gifts), please call us to confirm product availability and delivery timeframes.

Shipping Carriers

We use Australia Post, Sendle, and Aramex (Fastways) for all deliveries. The carrier is selected based on your order size, value, and delivery location.

Shipping Insurance (Transit Cover)

Optional Transit Cover is available at checkout for $1.99 and covers goods up to $100 in value (subject to Australia Post and Aramex insurance policies). Claims must be made directly with the shipping provider. Eco Traders Australia does not underwrite insurance and is not responsible for claim outcomes.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave as the default. Once your parcel is left at the delivery address, risk passes to the recipient. Eco Traders Australia and its couriers are not liable for loss or theft after delivery has occurred.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed (e.g., not collected from Australia Post or courier depot), a $10 return fee per parcel applies. Reshipping requires payment of the return fee and new shipping charges. If you choose to cancel, we deduct all return postage, discounts, and a 20% restocking fee from your refund.

Heat-Sensitive Items

We do not provide refrigerated courier services. Standard deliveries are by road, and parcels may be exposed to heat. For items such as chocolate, cosmetics, or other heat-sensitive goods, we recommend Express Post during warmer months. Eco Traders is not liable for heat damage.

Risk & Title

Title to goods passes to you upon dispatch and issuance of a tracking number. Risk passes upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Eco Traders Australia is not responsible for loss or damage after dispatch.
