We charge your saved payment method on the renewal date for your next subscription order. Before that happens, you receive a reminder email so you can review what is coming, skip the cycle, pause, or cancel if needed.
If the product price or subscription offer has changed since your last order, the current subscription price at the time of renewal will apply.
Shipping & delivery
Auto-Deliver orders are processed and shipped using the same standard fulfilment flow as normal orders. Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery timing depend on the current order value, location and service available at checkout.
Heavy or bulky items may still attract carrier-calculated shipping where applicable.
Manage your subscription
Use the link in your subscription emails or the customer portal to update frequency, skip a renewal, pause, swap eligible items, or cancel. Changes apply to future renewals and need to be made before the cut-off shown in your reminder email.
