Our fresh black garlic bulbs undergo a low thermal heat fermentation process that lasts up to 50 days. Our Aged Fermented Black Garlic Its then extracted and standardised to >0.1% S-Allyl-Cysteine (SAC), the predominant antioxidant. The fermentation process results in a extract powder with a milder taste , it does not cause bad breath and is gentle on the stomach.

How to use
Stir 1 level small culinary teaspoon (1.5g) of the extract powder into hot water. Use as a traditional tea or add to your favourite drinks, nourish bowls, baking and raw treats. Does not cause bad breath and is gentle on the stomach.
