Herbs of Gold Men’s Multi+ 30 Tablets

The formula provides a comprehensive blend of nutrients per tablet, including thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1) 61.68 mg, riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 50 mg, nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 75 mg, calcium pantothenate delivering 75 mg of pantothenic acid and 6.87 mg of calcium, pyridoxine hydrochloride providing 50 mg of Vitamin B6, folic acid 100 mcg, activated levomefolate calcium supplying 100 mcg of L-5-MTHF, and methylcobalamin (activated Vitamin B12) 100 mcg. It also contains Vitamin C 100 mg, Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 25 mcg (1000 IU), Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate) providing 12.68 IU, biotin 250 mcg, inositol 50 mg, alpha lipoic acid 30 mg and lycopene 1 mg. The mineral blend includes calcium citrate providing 21 mg of calcium, chromium picolinate providing 24.8 mcg of chromium, copper gluconate providing 1 mg of copper, potassium iodide delivering 38 mcg of iodine and 12 mcg of potassium, iron amino acid chelate providing 3 mg of iron, magnesium citrate providing 25 mg of magnesium, manganese sulfate supplying 500 mcg of manganese, potassium phosphate providing 7.04 mg of potassium, selenomethionine delivering 75 mcg of selenium and zinc amino acid chelate providing 10 mg of zinc. The formula is further supported with herbal extracts including Tribulus terrestris fruit and root extracts (each 20 mg, equivalent to 1 g dry herb and containing 16 mg furostanol saponins), Siberian ginseng root extract 133.3 mg (equivalent to 2 g dry root), Damiana leaf extract 50 mg (equivalent to 500 mg dry leaf) and KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract 20 mg (equivalent to 250 mg dry root). The product contains no egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is vegan-friendly.

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.
