I have a heart condition and I know that dark chocolate is very good for it. I've had to retrain my taste buds because although I loved milk chocolate it isn't the same! I haven't been able to find higher than 80 percent cacao and I expected this one to taste a little too bitter, but no! I am thrilled to bits with this dark chocolate and I definitely recommend it and I will buy it again! It's the perfect accompaniment to a cup of organic instant coffee.
