Cabot Health LivaTone Plus is a vegan-friendly capsule formula combining St Mary’s thistle, turmeric, taurine, selenium and selected vitamins. It is available in 60-, 120- and 240-capsule packs, giving shoppers a choice between a smaller bottle and larger repeat-use quantities without changing the formula.

Each capsule provides St Mary’s thistle fruit extract equivalent to 9.19 g of dry fruit and 105 mg of silybin, plus turmeric rhizome extract equivalent to 375 mg of dry rhizome. The formula also includes taurine, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and E, activated folate and selenium. The vegetable capsule is made without gluten, lactose, dairy, yeast, artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

According to the supplier information, the formula is traditionally used in European herbal medicine to maintain and support liver detoxification processes, promote healthy gallbladder function and relieve abdominal bloating and distention. Adults take 1–2 capsules twice daily with or without food. The label notes that adults may begin with two capsules daily and increase to four daily if needed.
