Cabot Health LivaTone Shots is a vegan-friendly tablet formula with St Mary’s thistle fruit extract, taurine and selenium. Each tablet provides 250 mg of St Mary’s thistle fruit extract, equivalent to 17.5 g of dry fruit and 200 mg of silybin. It also contains 500 mg of taurine and 124 micrograms of selenomethionine, equivalent to 50 micrograms of selenium. The tablets are gluten free, lactose free, dairy free and yeast free, with no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

According to the supplier information, the formula is traditionally used in European herbal medicine to support natural liver detoxification processes and healthy gallbladder function. The 30-tablet bottle is the smaller pack for shoppers trialling the format or buying for shorter-term use. The 60-tablet bottle contains twice the tablet quantity and may offer better pack value for repeat purchase.
