Product Overview
EasiYo Black Yoghurt Maker
EasiYo Black Yoghurt Maker is a non-electric insulated maker for preparing 1kg batches from compatible EasiYo yoghurt-base sachets. Vitalus identifies the set as the black maker with a 1kg jar and temperature strip, giving new EasiYo users the core equipment needed before choosing their preferred sachet flavours.
The yoghurt powder is mixed with room-temperature drinking water inside the reusable jar. Boiling water is added to the outer maker, not the yoghurt mixture, and the sealed jar is placed inside. The insulated format maintains the setting environment without a power connection, so the maker can sit safely on a stable kitchen bench while the yoghurt sets.
For a standard batch, half-fill the jar with water at 15–20°C, add one compatible sachet and shake. Top up to about 5mm below the rim and shake again. Push the spacer into the maker, add boiling water until the spacer is covered, then insert the sealed jar and close the lid for the time shown on the sachet.
Once set, remove the jar and refrigerate it before serving. The separate jar format makes it easy to prepare, chill and store the yoghurt without transferring it to another container. An additional compatible jar can help when one batch is setting while another remains in the refrigerator.
Wipe the outer maker with a damp cloth and do not immerse it in water. Wash and dry the jar and lid between batches. Steam and boiling water can burn, so place the maker on a secure surface, handle it carefully and keep the filled unit well out of reach of children.
