Natural Arnica Cream by Martin & Pleasance, has arnica; which has been used in Western Herbal Medicine to help bruising, sprains & minor sporting injuries. It is a high potency herb in a naturally derived, paraben free base.

Directions

Massage a moderate amount into the affected area, 3 times a day or as required.

Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only, do not use on broken skin, avoid contact with eyes, if it goes into the eyes rinse thoroughly. Do not use if security seal is broken. Contains ethanol.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Arnica montana (flower) extract equivalent to dry flower 20mg/g.

Contains: Glyceryl caprylate, p-Anisic acid, Gluconolactone and ethanol.
