Directions for Use

• Adults:  10g (not recommended for children under 12 years).
• Take once before bed as needed. The maximum daily dose is 2 doses (20g).
• Do not use if the film wrapper is unsealed, damaged or missing.
• Store below 25°C. Reseal and refrigerate after opening.
