Vrindavan Self-Adhesive Abdominal Patches offer a simple way to hold castor oil against the skin without the straps, reusable wraps or extra layers used in a traditional castor oil pack. Each box contains 10 large, disposable cotton patches with an adhesive outer area designed to sit comfortably over the abdomen or another suitable external body area. The patch format helps keep oil contained during a quiet personal-care routine while reducing transfer onto clothing, towels or bedding.

Each patch measures 26 cm × 13 cm overall, with a 20.3 cm × 9 cm inner application area. This larger format is suited to shoppers who want broader abdominal coverage than a small square patch. The front of the current pack identifies the patches as vegan and made with quality cotton. Castor oil is not supplied, allowing you to use the patches with your preferred Vrindavan certified organic castor oil.

To use, remove the backing and apply a small amount of castor oil to the centre of the patch. Place it onto clean, dry skin and press firmly to secure. The current label directs the patch to be worn for 2–4 hours, then removed gently before wiping away any remaining oil. Use the product only as an external application accessory and avoid wearing it longer than the label recommends, as extended adhesive contact may irritate the skin.
