Abode Fruit & Vegetable Wash

Abode Fruit & Vegetable Wash is a concentrated liquid for washing fresh fruit and vegetables. It is made for a produce-washing step before food preparation, helping remove surface residue. This is a dedicated produce wash, separate from the dishwashing liquid or household surface cleaner you may keep near the sink.

The brand’s current formula includes plant-derived cleaning ingredients, grain alcohol, acacia and xanthan gums, glycerine and citric acid. The choice of a dedicated product matters: a cleaner intended for dishes or benchtops should not be substituted for the produce wash simply because it is from the same brand.

For the current brand directions, add a small amount to a sink of water, immerse the produce and gently clean for 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Thorough rinsing is part of the method.
