Coconut milk (coconut milk powder, water), allulose (25%), Bone Broth Body Glue (21%) (grass-fed beef bones, naturally evaporated sea salt), cocoa powder, MCT oil (7.3%), vanilla powder and organic reishi mushroom extract (2.4%).

Directions for use

Hot: stir a heaped spoonful into hot water. Cold: dissolve a heaped spoonful in a little warm water, then add cold water and ice. It can also be used in desserts or enjoyed straight from the spoon.
