Daily Booster

Add 10 g (approx. 1 tablespoon) to 200 mL water, juice, smoothies, yoghurt or any other foods. Consume up to twice daily. If you aren’t used to fibre-rich foods, start with a smaller serve and build your way up to the full serve, or try taking it in the evening.
