Natures Shield Organic Cotton Castor Oil Pack Waist Wrap is a reusable castor oil pack accessory made from GOTS-certified organic cotton. The pack contains one 50cm × 22cm waist wrap, giving shoppers a purpose-shaped fabric option for a home castor oil routine. Castor oil and a heat pack are not included.

The white lining is the oil-contact surface, while the outer section and adjustable fastening help hold the wrap in place. The waist wrap uses elastic straps with a button-and-loop closure, and its front pouch can hold a separate heat pack if desired. This is an accessory rather than a pre-filled or disposable patch.

Apply castor oil to the white lining, position the wrap over the intended area and secure it comfortably without over-tightening. Leave in place for 45–60 minutes, then remove the wrap and wipe the skin with a warm damp towel. Follow the product care instructions before washing or reusing the fabric.

Patch test the castor oil on a small area before the first session and check that the wrap, straps and fastenings are undamaged. Do not use during pregnancy or menstruation. Stop use if the oil, fabric or pressure causes irritation or discomfort.
