Empty one sachet into a bowl. Add 75ml boiling water and stir for 2 minutes. Add 75ml cold water, stir for 30 seconds, then refrigerate for approximately 4 hours.

Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptides 68%, Natural Flavour, Bovine Gelatine, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Grape Skin Extract, Natural Sweetener (Steviol glycosides), Probiotic Culture (Bacillus coagulans).

Empty one sachet into a bowl. Add 75ml boiling water and stir for 2 minutes. Add 75ml cold water, stir for 30 seconds, then refrigerate for approximately 4 hours.
