Switch Nutrition Gut Restore 159g

Switch Nutrition Gut Restore combines PHGG fibre with glutamine, botanicals, digestive enzymes, tributyrin, zinc and selected microorganisms. The 159g tub is available in Natural, Cloudy Apple and Mango Pineapple. One level scoop is approximately 5.3g, and the tub contains 30 one-scoop portions. The ingredient list includes Sunfiber PHGG, baobab, Actazin kiwi fruit powder, marshmallow root, ginger, licorice, artichoke and fennel. DigeZyme digestive enzymes and CoreBiome tributyrin sit alongside Bacillus coagulans, Saccharomyces boulardii and Bifidobacterium lactis HN019. This is a multi-ingredient powder, so check the whole panel when comparing it with a plain fibre product or another blend you already use.

The label directions specify two separate one-scoop serves daily for days 1–15, taken 15–20 minutes before food. From day 16, the directions allow one to two separate serves daily. Mix each scoop with 250–300ml water or a preferred beverage, stir or shake until dissolved and consume immediately. Do not exceed two serves in 24 hours. At two serves daily, one tub supplies 15 days; follow the physical pack directions.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed and protected from moisture and direct sunlight. Do not use a wet scoop or a pack with a broken safety seal. The label identifies common allergens that may be present and states that the product is unsuitable for children under 15, pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is a formulated supplementary sports food, not a sole source of nutrition, for use with a nutritious, varied diet and appropriate exercise under medical or dietetic supervision.
