Tri Nature Alpha Plus Pre Wash Soaker Bucket 2kg is a concentrated powder for soaking stained fabrics before their normal wash. It is designed for washable, colourfast items and can also be used as a wash booster. Choose it when the item needs a soak in a bucket or washing machine, rather than a spray applied only to one small mark. Whites and colours should be soaked separately.
The phosphate-free, chlorine-free formula uses sodium percarbonate for controlled oxygen release, with soapwort and mint balm extracts. It is suitable for the stated fabric-soaking jobs, but there are important exclusions: do not use it on wool, silk, satin, leather or non-colourfast clothing. Metal buttons and zips must not be soaked. These limits apply to every pack size and should be checked before preparing the soaking water.
Add 25g to the bucket or machine and dissolve it completely before fully submerging the clothing. Use cold water for blood, fruit, dirt, coffee and tea stains, or hot water for grease and oil stains, provided the garment’s care instructions allow it. Test a hidden section for colourfastness by soaking it for at least two hours. Follow the clothing manufacturer’s washing instructions when choosing the temperature and subsequent wash.
